Sometime in May I got the idea of getting a kitten at dad's for my birthday and not telling him about it. This was seemingly a horrible idea, seeing as though he's refused to let me get a cat previously. However, two months and one semi-clean house later, I am now watching Sebastian the Fuzzball sleeping all stretched out on the living room floor. My mom told me not to call her when the fireworks went off and the kitten got booted out the door, but to the surprise of everyone who knew about my plan, there were no fireworks. A lot of "You're in big trouble", but it was followed by "The litter box goes in your room", giving him a paper bag to play with and asking every five seconds when he made noise, "What's it into?".
I would like to thank the following people for their involvement in Project Kitten: Kenzie, for keeping him at her house so long, my mom for taking me shopping for the supplies even though she thought I was committing suicide by doing this, strangely, my brother for not telling my dad, Sebastian, for being the adorable kitten, my dad for not kicking him out, and Gray-C for always being my irreplacable pumpkin kitten pie.
