Show the world the thunder

It's that time of year again, school registration. The last time before college...ugh. Today I drove all the way to the mall to get a pair of shoes I wanted at Payless, except they weren't on sale anymore, it's like they knew I was coming back for them. Oh well, I bought them anyway. I had senior pictures done yesterday in a studio, but hopefully a friend of my dad's will be able to take some others outside and stuff. The boys start soccer practice on Monday, so I'll have something to do in my daily routine already. I wish I could look forward to Up North more, without knowing that it'll mean school is closer, but that can't ruin the Mondeaux. Time to find something to do...

It's officially one week after school got out. So far I've slept for an entire day, taken the ACT again, gone to two grad parties and a Goonies party, spent the whole day on the couch getting sicker and sicker, slept til 2, played Sims 2 all day, worn the same clothes for 4 days straight while either playing Sims or reading a book cover to cover, stayed up til 6 am twice, played some soccer, killed the laptop charger, sat on my brother's friend's bed for an hour and a half waiting for some stupid thing to download alternately assessing his wall decorations, which included a cat fancy poster, and watching stupid game reviews or youtube videos when it was supposed to take "5-7 minutes", and driven to feed the dang horses in severe storms. So as you can see, I haven't accomplished a whole lot. Tomorrow I'm going to a fish dinner at my grandma's church and Sunday we're going up to my grandpa's trailer for father's day even though my dad is in West Virginia until Wednesday. Mmm fish. FOUR DAYS TIL UP NORTH.

Stupid mood won't change but I am most definitely not thrilled.

School is officially over. It's so hard to believe that I can now do whatever I want without being concerned about the english essay I haven't written or the pre-calc I haven't taught myself. Yesterday was my 17th birthday, which makes me feel really old since 18 is only 364 days away and 20 is only 3 years away. How scary is that? I can't wait to start doing everything I've wanted to do since school's been almost over, even though I probably won't actually do half of it. Oh well. We get to go Up North in a little over a week and it's going to be completely amazing.
Ahhhh no more school! No more Mr. Cole or Mrs. Roll or AP Bio or pre-calc!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY SUMMER!!!!

I have approximately 310385710987083274 things I want to, and have to do. Including: shopping, photography, Mother's Day present making, homework, sleeping, reading, partying, listening to music, cleaning my room so I can see the floor, and a lot more. Ever since soccer started I don't think I've been home after school for more than 5 hours at a time, and most of that time was spent eating, showering, and getting ready for the next day. Thank god summer is almost here, maybe there will actually be time to enjoy something for once. Hopefully after several months of not posting anything on here, I'll have something worthwhile within the next few weeks. I want to get a head start on everything I have to do tomorrow..but for now, sleeping sounds better...
